Luang Prabang And Elephant Village (Laos)

Owned and operated by Germans, elephant village is one of the few, if not only place where elephants are rescued from brutal and inhumane work practices such as logging. Elephant village is currently trying to confiscate and elephant that got part of its leg blown off by a landmine but which is still forced to log in the jungle. The elephants here work only 3 hours a day and have a large jungle area where they can be elephants the rest of the time. We customized a tour to be able to take these beats to the river to bath them. Very epic experience.
